Update on the track meet
I ended up running the 800 meters and got a 2:19 and I ran in the four by four hundred relay. My hip held up and it didnt really hurt until after the meet was over. But even then it was just a little sore so that was good. I'm looking forward to having 6 track meets in the next 3 weeks =]
Good job! Im glad ur hip is better enough to run now. And now u can come to vball open gym on wednesday ;) glad ur doing better. talk to u tomorrow. hope ur having a good weekend!
