Free Throws

Well on Saturday I shot at Trinity with a fever of over 100 degrees...hah it was interesting. I ended up making 20 out of 25 and I came in 4th...the kid who won made 23. It was really frustrating because a couple of my shots rimmed out and we were shooting at the side baskets for some strange reason. I was trying so hard not to cough and mess people up as they were shooting and it was pretty intense. haha. Overall it wasn't too bad an experience and God helped me alot just to be able to have stood up that long to shoot.

I hope you are better! God helps us through little things like that.

  3. Jeff, Isn't it amazing what we can accomplish even when we are not feeling the greatest. I'm always amazed when I hear about athletes who still perform at high levels and the announcer says: "Just this morning so and so had the flu and didn't know if they would be able to perform tonight." There they are giving it their all. It is nice to see such dedication. I'm glad you are feeling better!
